I would point out that current effect, as in by the scores right now, is that most people get more crowns.

True. I did the math a few hours ago 55 crowns previously, 63 when I checked. Seems Easy to inflate crowns as a whole by just attacking the top ranked players. Not that anyone ran away with the score last round, nor this round as of yet.

While technically it may allow more users to get crowns, if one player is waaaaay over the top like Kam before, the others get crumbs at best.
Also, it means that the first player is the top target since we can get crowns just by pounding him.
