Partying seems a little overpowered at the moment so we're tweaking it.

It will now no longer include the number of hoes you have, just houses and manure.

It simply compares your houses to their houses and for an extra boost, 1000 manure is worth the same as one house and each house may only use 1000 manure. So at most, your power is twice the number of houses you have.

Hope that wasn't as complicated as it sounds :}

Also, there is no longer an energy cap for attacks. If you have 40 houses, you'll be needing 40 energy to party.
